Application for Off-Campus Yuantong Dormitory in Spring Semester 2026

Application Period: From 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Eligible Applicants: NTU students who are not currently residing in on-campus dormitories or Prince House.

Room Type and Fees: Yuantong Dormitory offers quadruple rooms.
The dormitory fee is NTD 19,000 per semester, with an additional security deposit of NTD 3,800.
(The Executive Yuan provides subsidies for domestic students’ on-campus accommodation fees:
– General students: NTD 5,000 per semester
– Students from middle-/low-income households and children of active-duty military personnel: NTD 7,000 per semester
The subsidy amount will be calculated starting from the week of check-in.) -
Applicants for Yuantong Dormitory may simultaneously remain on the waiting list for on-campus dormitories or Prince House; the two applications do not conflict.
However, students who are subsequently assigned to an on-campus dormitory or Prince House must complete withdrawal from Yuantong Dormitory within one week. -
Bed spaces at Yuantong Dormitory will be filled on a rolling basis as vacancies become available.
The order of assignment will be based on the sequence of online form submission. Please refer to the link for details. -
Students who are successfully assigned a bed at Yuantong Dormitory will receive a dormitory notification via their student email account.

Accommodation period: From assignment until June 18, 2026.
Applications for summer accommodation are available until August 15 (room changes may be required during the summer period).
